With new system developed for CMA, the machine drilling head is moving on three coordinates axis until find exact point where we need drill the hole; positioning, clamping and finally drilling is made automatically. With it the saving in the costly set up and no productive times causes that this investment in just a short time is made profitable.

The accomplishment of the programs is very simple reason why no previous CNC knowledge is required. Some of the problems encountered in machining single pieces and small batches, for example marking out, centre punching or centring on a milling machines, can now be done away with, since there is the possibility to do automatic positioning and manual drilling. 

The displacement on linear guides allows to increase lateral movement travel "X" until being able to satisfy the necessities of the costumer.

With it we can give solution to work problems on large surface workpieces.

This kind of machine also is interesting to drill  multiple pieces in battery or in works where  is not required other works associated like milling,….., which normally are been make with manual column or radial drilling machine or with a machining centre, like drilling tubes, plates,….

At the present time we have two versions standard; 1500 and 3000 mm but could be possible the accomplishments in accordance with the costumer  (4500, 6000, 7500 and till 9000).

We have created two series following structure construction / Y travels: TRD series and GRD series.
